right shin still causing me trouble on sunday so didn't run in the 10k club race. Spent Saturday and Sunday doing lots of icing and overdosing on Vitamin I. Sunday was my first day off since January 23rd, and the previous day off was early december, and there you have my only 3 days off since Chicago last october. So... I probably needed a day off.
Not time to panic. But I'm going to stretch lots, and stick almost 100% to trails from now through to the Half Marathon on Saturday. Track workout on wednesday morning. As I only ran 100 last week I need to be more disciplined about what I eat. Those 3 lbs I lost last week might be back on. 35 days. 35 days. 35 days.
