all so very different now

thursday pm - 60minute SWIM
friday am - 30mile BIKE
friday pm - 40mile BIKE
saturday am - 8mile RUN
saturday pm - 30mile BIKE
sunday am - 74 mile BIKE
monday am - 50minute SWIM
monday noon - 4mile RUN
monday noon - 20min CORE

just gentle exercise bike and reading to flush out the legs tonight... swim tomorrow and bike to work followed by long bike ride (40+miles) home.
